Shipping

United Kingdom

We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days via a fully tracked service.

Express delivery is available at checkout for those who prefer not to wait.

International

We ship selectively to international destinations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Import duties and taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

A dispatch confirmation with full tracking details will be sent to you by email. You may also track your order at any time via our Track Your Order page.

Returns

We stand behind the quality of everything we make. Should your order fall short of your expectations, our returns process is straightforward and without complication.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging
  • Return postage is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrectly dispatched

Refunds
