Refund Policy

Arlo Albion is built on an uncompromising commitment to quality — in our leathers, our craft, and our service. If your purchase does not meet that standard, we will make it right.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging. We ask that each piece be treated with the same care with which it was made.

Refunds

Once your return is received and assessed, we will notify you promptly. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method — no unnecessary delays, no complications.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Items showing signs of use or damage after delivery

Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at sac@arloalbion.com. We will arrange a replacement without hesitation.

Return Shipping

Return postage is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrectly dispatched. We recommend a fully tracked service for your peace of mind.

Your Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt — no explanation required.
