Returns & Exchanges

Arlo Albion accepts eligible returns within 45 days of the original purchase date.

Products must be unused, in resellable condition and returned with their original packaging. We may request photographs before approving a return or exchange.

Once the returned item has been received, inspected and approved, the request will normally be processed within 3 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the refund appears in your account.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless Arlo Albion made an error with the order or the product arrived damaged.

Exchanges

Eligible Arlo Albion products may be exchanged within 45 days of purchase, provided that they remain unused, in resellable condition and are returned with their original packaging.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested colour, model or product is unavailable, our team may offer a suitable alternative or arrange a refund.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, approved exchanges are normally processed within 3 business days.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Arlo Albion offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering eligible manufacturing defects and structural or functional faults affecting the normal use of the product.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper storage, unauthorised alterations, loss, theft or damage caused by normal wear.

Genuine leather is a natural material. Variations in grain, colour, texture and the development of patina are expected and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Eligible Arlo Albion iPhone cases may qualify for up to two cosmetic replacements per year, subject to verification, product availability and the conditions of the Arlo Albion Warranty Policy.

Warranty claims may require proof of purchase, photographs and information about how the issue occurred. Approved claims are normally processed within 3 business days after all requested information has been received.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. Arlo Albion cannot control or predict customs charges.
