Eligibility

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Timeline

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing here affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
