Refund policy

At Arlo Albion, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase or order confirmation. Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Return To start a return, please contact our support team at sac@arloalbion.com. Please include your order number, the email address used at checkout, a short explanation of the reason for the return, and photos or videos if the item arrived damaged or defective. Once your request has been reviewed, our support team will provide further instructions. Please do not send any item back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible with photos or videos of the issue. If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refunds Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for your bank or payment provider to process and display the refund.

Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping costs, when applicable, are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the standard return process.

UK Customers — Statutory Rights As a customer in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Our 30-day return policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Exchanges We do not guarantee direct exchanges for all products. If you would like a different item, size, or variant, please contact our support team. In most cases, the fastest solution is to return the original item and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: items that have been used, items not in their original condition or packaging, items damaged due to misuse or improper care, and items returned without prior contact with our support team.
